Rebecca Fink, a former Youngstown State University (YSU) Women’s Soccer Student-Athlete, serves as Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance at her alma mater. Rebecca joined the YSU Athletics Department in August 2017. Rebecca has broad oversight of the NCAA compliance, student-athlete conduct, academic areas and various student-athlete experience initiatives in the department. She is also the sport supervisor for the women’s basketball and soccer programs, and she she manages the department’s sport supervision team. 

Before taking the role at her alma mater, Rebecca was a member of the Oakland University Compliance staff. As the Oakland Compliance Coordinator, she managed the daily compliance office matters as well as monitored student-athlete financial aid. She also ensured the eligibility status for student-athletes adhering to NCAA, Horizon League and Oakland University rules and regulations.  Prior to her time at Oakland, she began her athletics administration career in the Youngstown State Compliance Office.

Rebecca earned her Master’s Degree in Sports Management from California University of Pennsylvania and earned a Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science from Youngstown State.
